TopBuild breaks ground on $10M HQ in Daytona

DAYTONA BEACH — TopBuild Corp. executives were joined by local business leaders and government officials on Tuesday in breaking ground for the company’s future headquarters.

The planned 65,000-square-foot office building, at 745 N. Williamson Blvd. in Daytona Beach, about a quarter-mile south of Dunn Avenue, is expected to be ready for move-in by next December.

TopBuild — which was spun off as an independent public company at the end of June by Taylor, Michigan-based Masco Corp. — employs 210 people at its current headquarters, an older 65,000-square-foot office/warehouse building in the Speedway Business Center at 260 Jimmy Ann Drive, behind Volusia Mall.
