DAYTONA BEACH — Sometime between June and the end of the year, Minto Communities-Florida anticipates closing the purchase of about 1,600 undeveloped acres and starting development of a gated, 3,400-unit, age-restricted adult community along the north side of LPGA Boulevard and west of Interstate 95.
“We’re just waiting on some federal wetland permits,” said Bill Bullock, senior vice president for Minto Communities-Florida. “If we had the permits in hand now, we’d be building.”
